Job Summary
Lead the Community School initiative within a NYC-based nonprofit, acting as the community organizer who builds and maintains relationships with administration, faculty, staff, students, families, and external partners; guide program development and management, coordinate services across school-community stakeholders, track progress against performance goals, ensure program quality and accountability, oversee staff and volunteers, and collaborate with school leadership to implement the community school model and sustain funding.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred
- Two-three years administrative work experience
- Ability to work with diverse communities
- Fingerprint clearance for NYC DOE
- Proficiency with IT and MS Office/G-Suite
