Job Summary
Sell, process, and close homes while optimizing the new home sales customer experience in the assigned Trumark Washington community. Accompany customers through models and available homesites, provide timely follow-through from initial contact to closing, and maintain all communication records in the CRM. Travel locally to self-generate sales from realtors, referrals, and prospecting. Monitor daily customer traffic, record data, prepare periodic reports, and lead or assist in processing paperwork for escrow closings. Participate in division events, neighborhood promotions, homeowner orientations, and weekly sales meetings to review neighborhood status and strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Real Estate license as required by state law
- 4-5+ years of previous sales experience in Washington required
- Knowledge of sales programs, policies, and procedures
- Current working knowledge of homebuilding and the residential real industry preferred
- CRM experience required, preferably using Salesforce or Lasso
- Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred

- Ability to prepare, plan, and deliver clear and persuasive sales presentations
