Job Summary
Community Sales Manager in Training (CSMT) at Taylor Morrison. Participate in a trainee program designed to teach the sales process for homes and communities, including using finance as a sales tool, the sales purchase agreement, and CRM prospecting. Shadow experienced Community Sales Managers, complete reading materials and online courses, and develop sales techniques such as prospecting, presenting solutions, handling objections, and closing deals. Build and maintain customer relationships, follow up with prospects, and track interactions in the CRM. Includes regular performance evaluations and a focus on continuous learning and skill development. Must have an Active Real Estate License and strong communication, organizational, and Microsoft Office skills. Non-exempt status with overtime eligibility.
