Job Summary
Generate new homes sales, manage closings for the Century Communities division, and drive traffic conversion to buyers through networking, agent outreach, and public promotions. Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and closing goals while completing the responsibility checklist in the new home studio. Facilitate a smooth sales process with buyers, agents, and lenders to coordinate the buying process through closing, and communicate with mortgage lenders to ensure loan processing tracks for the essence date. Maintain and update flyers, marketing information, and signage for all communities, organize necessary studio files, and attend regular studio and company meetings.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Real Estate License as preferred or required by the state
- 1-2 years sales experience in New Home Sales for a Homebuilder
- Knowledge of New Home Market
- Knowledge of Mortgage Industry
- Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws
