Job Summary
Community Sales Director drives occupancy and census growth for Calyx Senior Living by leading external business development, cultivating referral relationships, and guiding prospects through the sales cycle from initial contact to resident move-in. Responsibilities include delivering census targets, managing lead follow-up, executing strategic marketing plans, organizing and participating in community events, and maintaining brand awareness through community engagement and networking. The ideal candidate is sales-driven, organized, and effective in written and verbal communication, with experience in senior living, healthcare, real estate, or hospitality sales, and a proven ability to manage multiple demands in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of sales experience
- associate's degree (bachelor's preferred)
- proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Yardi
