Community Resources for Stability (CRS) Intern

Job Summary
Transfer client paperwork to digital files on SharePoint, update case manager training materials to reflect current policies, and enter survey and services data into various databases. Collaborate with the CRS team to improve the Case Worthy database functionality and maintain paper or electronic filing systems, including attendance records and correspondence. Operate office equipment such as fax machines and copiers, arranging for repairs when malfunctions occur. Begin August 2026 as an unpaid administrative internship within JFS, a nonprofit serving over 30 community programs including housing stability and mental health counseling.
Required Qualifications
- Enrolled in an accredited degree program
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- willingness to learn client database systems
- Effective communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to communicate professionally with staff, volunteers, and others
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team when needed
- Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 (proof required), subject to legally required exemptions
