Job Summary
Coordinate community resources and outreach to connect pet owners with low-cost vaccines, microchips, pet food, and spay/neuter information; manage donations and inventory; assist with pet food pantry events; perform data entry in Petpoint; engage with local organizations to promote Operation Kindness Humane Society services; provide customer service and event support; ensure adherence to SOPs and safety; collaborate with volunteers and other departments to maintain a kind, multi-tasking workflow across shelter events and community outreach.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 1 year customer service experience
- Must be at minimum 21 years old to meet insurance requirements and must be qualified and licensed to operate a motor vehicle in the state of Texas
- Microsoft Office experience
- Must have valid Texas driver’s license
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required
- Forklift certified or willing to get certified
