Job Summary
Community Resource Assistant to coordinate donation pickups/deliveries, transport participants to services, assist with shelter/program operations, maintain records, and support resource access across programs; includes driving-based responsibilities, front-desk support, vehicle inspections, and trauma-informed, housing-first service delivery to participants and partners.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Oregon driver's license
- proof of current automobile insurance
- ability to successfully complete the Just Compassion Driver Training Program
- ability to safely operate agency vehicles and transport participants, supplies, and donated goods
- ability to regularly lift, carry, and move donated items, supplies, and equipment
- strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks independently
- ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and experiences
