Job Summary
Partner with individuals and families experiencing homelessness, housing instability, food insecurity, and social isolation to identify goals and address immediate needs. Utilize a strengths-based, trauma-informed, harm-reduction, and culturally responsive approach to build connections to housing, benefits, healthcare, employment, and education resources. Maintain knowledge of CVOEO programs, Coordinated Entry, and local service systems while upholding safety standards. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field with three years of experience; valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the CVOEO service area are mandatory. Submit a cover letter detailing your commitment to organizational and community inclusion.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, Community Development, or a related field
- three (3) years of related experience
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- Valid driver's license
- clean driving record
- access to reliable transportation
- the ability to travel throughout the CVOEO service area
- Ability to uphold safety standards
