Job Summary
Plan, implement, and evaluate the Pathways program curriculum and training; coordinate internships, mentorships, and participant engagement efforts. Cultivate community and healthcare partnerships while managing event logistics, data collection, grant reporting, and multi-stakeholder operations. Support program planning across Oregon with occasional in-state and out-of-state travel for conferences and student events. This grant-funded initiative strengthens rural healthcare workforce and disability services through education and career development opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Public Health, Public Administration, Social Work, Rehabilitation Counseling, Healthcare Administration, Disability Studies, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Two years of relevant experience
- Experience coordinating internships
- Experience coordinating mentorship
- Experience coordinating workforce development
- Experience coordinating educational programs
- Experience involving students
- Experience involving trainees
- Experience involving community participants
- Experience in healthcare settings
- Experience in disability settings
- Experience in public health settings
- Experience in community-based settings
- Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD)
