Community Research Liaison, Sr / Pathways Program Coordinator

Job Summary
Coordinate program planning, implementation, and evaluation for the Pathways internship and mentorship initiative supporting rural healthcare and disability careers. Deliver curriculum and training, manage internship logistics, and cultivate community and healthcare partnerships across Oregon. Lead outreach, recruitment, and participant engagement efforts while handling event coordination, data collection, and grant reporting. Requires two years of relevant experience in workforce development or educational programs, proficiency with digital tools and databases, and occasional travel for conferences and student events. This grant-funded project runs through September 2027 within the University Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Public Health, Public Administration, Social Work, Rehabilitation Counseling, Healthcare Administration, Disability Studies, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- two years of relevant experience
