Job Summary
Field-based Community Relations Specialist to grow Pavlov Media’s brand in the Atlanta metro area and broader Georgia footprint, coordinating community outreach, events, and partnerships while supporting densification and service adoption; travels throughout Georgia; two remote roles based in Phoenix, AZ and Dallas, TX with regular travel to Georgia; responsibilities include planning events, resident outreach, building relationships with property managers and HOAs, collaborating with marketing on campaigns, and providing market feedback.
Required Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in community relations, marketing, account management, or related field
- Telecommunications, fiber, or MDU experience preferred
- Strong relationship-building and public-facing communication skills
- Comfortable operating autonomously in a field-based role
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office / Google Drive
- Valid driver’s license; ability to travel regularly (25–40%)
