Job Summary
Community Relations Specialist responsible for coordinating and communicating with local government units to ensure harmonious relationships with the community for company initiatives. Works with internal departments (Corpcomm, ASD, BillColl, PLD, HR, GO, AEV/AP Reputation, Aboitiz Foundation) and external contacts (Public Schools principals, LGUs) to deliver results, build sustainable partnerships, and enhance the company’s brand and reputation. Manages CSR projects, maintains community links, supports disaster response coordination, attends LGU/school requests, distributes annual reports, and schedules meetings with LGU officials. Requires proficiency in project and events management, stakeholder relationship management, corporate identity and branding, media relations, and digital communications; knowledge of IMS/AMS and applicable occupational health, safety, and environmental guidelines; ability to adapt to urgent tasks as assigned by the Team Leader.
