Job Summary
Community Relations Representative: Serve as the primary in-person contact for residents, manage all communications via the CRM, facilitate seamless move-in and move-out experiences and associated paperwork, address questions both in-person and virtually, ensure a high level of resident satisfaction, maintain portfolio knowledge, collaborate with the Community Management Team, assist in resident events, and uphold compliance with laws and company policies. Requires 5-day on-site work at an Essex office in Seattle, WA, with strong emphasis on customer service, documentation, and in-person relationship-building.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- College degree preferred
- One year of experience in a customer service environment preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with property management or CRM software
- Ability to work on-site five days per week
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
