Job Summary
Develop and coordinate a community engagement strategy to increase brand visibility and patient referrals across key markets. Build relationships with schools, athletic programs, clubs, and local organizations while planning and executing events like injury prevention clinics and health fairs. Own the annual marketing calendar, creating content for web, social, email, and print channels to promote service lines and new providers. Coordinate sponsorships, manage creative assets, and track campaign performance against patient acquisition metrics. Draft press releases, monitor online reviews, and cultivate partnerships with physicians and referral sources to drive growth. Collaborate with clinical leadership and operations teams to ensure consistent brand standards and a high-quality patient experience. Requires a valid driver's license, ability to travel locally, and flexibility for early morning, evening, or weekend events.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or related field
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing and/or community relations
- healthcare, sports, or multi-location service experience
- Demonstrated success planning and executing community events and sponsorships
