Job Summary
Develop and analyze comprehensive marketing plans to ensure Dominican Oaks remains competitive, directing outreach initiatives aligned with strategic objectives. Meet personally with prospective residents and referrals to assess interest, showcasing model apartments and community features. Manage the department budget while consistently communicating service value to maintain established occupancy goals. Apply Dominican Oaks philosophy in all interactions to support the mission of providing quality, independent living with congregate benefits in a 206-apartment retirement community.
Required Qualifications
- One (1) to three (3) years of experience
- Two (2) years experienced and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with social media
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in sales, marketing, community relations and outreach
- Associate's degree
