Job Summary
Promote the assisted living community to community referral sources and the public to maintain full occupancy. Represent the home at networking events, senior fairs, and expos, delivering presentations on services and related topics. Build and maintain strong social relationships with residents, families, and local organizations while managing on-duty responsibilities Monday through Friday, including occasional evening and weekend shifts. Drive to marketing events and appointments as a licensed driver.

- Desire and ability to professionally represent the home to the community at large, including at networking events, senior/health fairs and expos (etc.), make presentations and public speaking about this ALC and related topics

- Able to lift up to 25 Pounds
- Able to work on site or at marketing events, not a remote work position
- Licensed Driver with the ability to drive to appointments as needed
- Schedule: full time and primarily Monday–Friday, business hours, with occasional evening and weekend Manager on Duty responsibilities
- Manager on duty 7 days a week
