Job Summary
Community Relations Liaison develops and maintains relationships with customers, families, community organizations, and referrals to drive sales and marketing efforts for an Assisted Living Community. Responsibilities include organizing and attending marketing events to promote a positive image, and collaborating with internal teams to support sales and marketing objectives. Key skills include external sales experience, strong communication, organization, multitasking, relationship-building, and a customer-service oriented approach to engaging seniors and referrals.
Required Qualifications
- Must have 2 years of college or experience in sales/marketing
- Previous proven external sales experience within the Senior Care Industry strongly preferred
- Be organized, able to multi-task, and highly motivated to succeed
- Enjoy a fast paced, friendly environment
- Have experience working with seniors
- Possess excellent customer service and communication skills
