Community Relations/Growth Specialist

Build and nurture relationships with hospital discharge planners, skilled nursing facilities, physicians, and faith communities across Lake Nona and Greater Orlando. Serve as Comfort Keepers' representative at local events, health fairs, and senior centers to drive visibility. Conduct compassionate consultative visits with prospective families to present tailored home care solutions and guide them through difficult decisions. Execute a structured outreach formula of 35–55 face-to-face visits weekly, maintaining an active base of 15+ referral sources. Track all activity, contacts, and follow-ups in the CRM platform, compile data reports to inform strategy, and collaborate with intake and operations to ensure seamless client onboarding. Hit monthly referral, revenue, and growth targets while monitoring competitor activity and industry trends.
