Job Summary
Community Relations Director responsible for establishing and maintaining client relationships, discovering clients’ needs and desires, communicating effective solutions with the community’s products and services, closing deals and handling post-sales activities; drives occupancy at the community; requires a strong customer service mindset, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and computer software proficiency; must obtain criminal record clearance and pass health screenings within onboarding; Westmont Living is an equal opportunity employer with post-offer physical, TB testing, drug testing, fingerprinting, and reference checks to meet industry licensing requirements; position located in Goleta, CA within a premier assisted living and memory care senior living community.
Required Qualifications
