Job Summary
Community Relations Director at Civitas Senior Living in the Hamptons Senior Living community on Tyler, TX. Responsibilities include representing the community to prospective residents and families, forging local business partnerships and networking, coordinating move-in activities with the Wellness Director, conducting assessments and shaping marketing/referral follow-ups, managing waiting lists and vacancies using CRM, and driving occupancy through strategic marketing and relationships. Requires proven sales mastery and experience in senior living or comparable sales cycles, plus a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Communications or related field. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Communications or related field is ideal
- Proven success in achieving sales and occupancy goals, preferably in senior living environments such as assisted living, nursing homes, or memory care
- Background in senior living inside sales management or industries with a comparable sales cycle

- Residency within the State that this Community/Location operates in is a condition of employment
