Job Summary
Community Relations Director leads sales/marketing for an Independent Living community in Camp Hill, PA, driving revenue growth through lead follow-up and professional referrals, achieving census and sales activity goals, managing inquiry/admissions, maintaining the marketing lead base, and coordinating tours and presentations to community groups. Requires experience in sales/marketing (preferably in long-term health care), travel within the local community to referral sources, and a valid driver’s license. A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
