Job Summary
Community Relations Director at Claiborne Senior Living leads occupancy growth and community outreach for a senior living community. Develops and executes a strategic marketing and sales plan to achieve occupancy goals, manages and moves prospects through the sales funnel, conducts community tours and consultative sales conversations, builds referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, discharge planners, and other partners, tracks sales metrics in CRM, and partners with leadership to support move-ins and resident transitions. Represents the community at networking and outreach events with a focus on relationship-building with families, physicians, referral partners, and care-team stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (senior living or healthcare preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Strong relationship-building and networking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical mindset with comfort reviewing performance metrics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Telephone and consultative sales experience preferred
