Community Relations Director (TGSL)

Direct and lead the community relations and sales efforts for Civitas Senior Living’s Grand Senior Living community. Serve as the engaging face to prospective residents and families, build and sustain partnerships with local businesses and networking organizations, coordinate move-in activities with the Wellness Director, conduct outside assessments and collaborate with the Executive Director to devise robust marketing strategies and referral follow-ups, and manage waiting lists, vacancies, and move-ins using CRM software. Drive occupancy goals through strategic marketing, social selling, and effective referral development while ensuring a smooth transition for new residents and a high-quality resident experience.
