Community Relations Director (FLAG)

Job Summary
Directs community relations and sales for Civitas Senior Living at the Flagstaff community. Oversees partnerships with local businesses and networking organizations, utilizes digital marketing and social selling, coordinates move-in activities with the Wellness Director, conducts assessments outside the community, collaborates with the Executive Director to develop robust marketing strategies and referral follow-ups, and manages waiting lists, vacancies, and future interest using the CRM to ensure an efficient move-in process. Requires proven sales success in senior living or similar sales cycles, and leadership in inside sales management. Emphasizes relationship-building, occupancy goals, and resident/family engagement through marketing, partnerships, and community outreach. Bachelor’s degree in Business/Communications or related field preferred; offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.
