Community Relations Director (DCAL)

Job Summary
Directs community relations and sales efforts for Civitas Senior Living’s Round Rock, TX community. Builds partnerships with local businesses, conducts external assessments, collaborates with the Executive Director to craft and execute marketing strategies, manages waiting lists and future interest using CRM, coordinates move-ins with Wellness Director, and drives occupancy through relationship-building and targeted marketing. Requires proven sales success in senior living or similar sales cycle, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Communications or related field is ideal.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Communications or related field is ideal
- Proven success in achieving sales and occupancy goals
- Background in senior living inside sales management or similar sales cycle
- Experience with CRM software and referral-source follow-ups
- Ability to organize and facilitate move-in activities
- Networking with local businesses and organizations
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
