Job Summary
Directs community outreach and sales/marketing efforts to achieve occupancy goals for a senior living community; identifies and cultivates referral sources, conducts tours for prospective residents, manages lead generation and CRM (Yardi), collaborates with regional sales and marketing teams, develops annual marketing plans, monitors budgets, and represents the community at outreach events while leading a sales team and ensuring high resident satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma required
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of relational sales experience, preferably in assisted living/independent living/hospitality/healthcare
- A valid driver’s license
