Job Summary
Energetic sales and marketing professional to market our senior living community Candle Light Cove in Easton, MD. Responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with local referral sources, travel to outreach targets, managing the inquiry, admissions and discharge process, maintaining the marketing database, creating marketing plans, and conducting presentations to community groups. Coordinate community tours to achieve census goals and drive growth. Qualifications: 1-3 years of marketing experience or a successful sales background in the long-term health care industry; an Associate’s degree is required (Bachelor’s degree preferred); valid driver’s license.
