Job Summary
Directs community relations and sales strategy for Civitas Senior Living's Autumn Wind Assisted Living in Winnsboro, TX. Responsibilities include building and sustaining partnerships with local businesses and networks, utilizing digital marketing and social selling, coordinating move-in activities with the Wellness Director, conducting assessments outside the community, collaborating with the Executive Director to devise robust marketing strategies and referral follow-ups, and managing waiting lists and vacancies via advanced CRM to ensure a smooth, timely move-in process. Requires proven sales mastery and occupancy achievement, preferably in senior living, with a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Communications or related field. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Communications or related field is ideal
- Proven success in achieving sales and occupancy goals, preferably in senior living environments such as assisted living, nursing homes, or memory care
- Background in senior living inside sales management or industries with a comparable sales cycle
