Job Summary
Support the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) team by ensuring compliance with regulations and aligning with the bank's strategy. Research volunteer service opportunities and coordinate employee hours with Community Development Managers. Set up and promote volunteer events using internal systems, then validate CRA qualifications and track hours. Process and submit donation requests, monitor the donation budget, and provide periodic updates on status. Prepare reporting presentations and assist with external communications to grantees. May require up to 25% travel.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of related experience in Financial Institution or similar field
- High school diploma
- Entry level to intermediate knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services
- Entry level to intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices
- Entry level to intermediate knowledge of non-profit organization financial reporting and fundraising
- Entry level to intermediate experience with Community Reinvestment Act regulatory definition of Community Development services, grants, and donations
- Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills
- May require up to 25% travel
