Job Summary
The CRA Officer will lead the Bank’s CRA program including developing and managing the CRA Strategic Plan, overseeing data reporting, community partnerships, and examination management. Responsibilities include quarterly performance reporting, maintaining CRA policy/public file, nurturing relationships with CDFIs/non-profits/government agencies to identify Qualified Investments and Community Development Loans, creating service opportunities leveraging technology for LMI communities, conducting needs assessments, annual CRA data filings, coordinating CRA examinations and regulator interactions, and coordinating with Internal Audit to remediate weaknesses. Requires 7+ years CRA-focused banking compliance, deep CRA Regulation BB and ECOA/UDAAP knowledge, experience with CRA examinations, and a Bachelor’s degree; CRCM preferred. Hybrid schedule with in-office Tue-Thu and remote Mon/Fri; salary range $136,800–$197,600 plus potential bonus and RSUs, with comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of banking compliance with CRA management at a $2B+ institution
- Expert-level knowledge of CRA (Regulation BB) and ECOA/UDAAP
- Experience with CRA strategic planning and management of CRA examinations
- Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, finance, public policy or related field
- CRCM designation strongly preferred
