Job Summary
Lead the development of a national strategy for community halls and oversee the estate’s assets (including outsourced car parks and garages), shaping investment priorities, governance, and operating models to deliver value. Drive multi-site service delivery, stakeholder engagement across Housing, Asset Management, Finance and Community Investment, and build a long-term plan with clear direction. Demonstrate strong leadership, change delivery, budgeting and financial management, and ensure compliance, health & safety, and risk management across property/facilities management. Requires effective communication and ability to build relationships with internal teams and external partners, with a degree-level education and NEBOSH qualification.
