Job Summary
Lead a Ballston Spa affordable-housing community as a Property Manager, overseeing leasing, rent collection, budgeting, vendor management, and resident services. Ensure LIHTC/HUD compliance through inspections and reporting (holding a TCS or COS certification or 2+ years of LIHTC/HUD project-based experience). Build relationships with housing authorities and community partners to connect families with resources; mentor and develop staff; steward the property with empathy and professionalism to reflect dignity, quality, and care.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of property management experience
- TCS or COS certification or at least 2 years managing LIHTC or HUD Project-Based files
