Job Summary
Lead with heart by mentoring your team and fostering a culture of growth within affordable housing communities. Shape "home" through precision inspections, reporting, and strict adherence to affordable housing compliance standards. Open doors to build trusted relationships with housing authorities and connect families with vital resources. Balance operations by overseeing leasing, rent collection, financial oversight, budgeting, and vendor management. Be present for residents by guiding them through move-ins, move-outs, and daily needs with empathy. Take ownership of your community to ensure every detail reflects Conifer's commitment to dignity and care. This role requires 1+ years of property management experience and TCS or COS certification. Schedule includes Saturdays and rotating weekend coverage based on property performance.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of property management experience
- expertise in inspections and reporting in affordable housing compliance
- TCS or COS certification
- at least 2 years managing LIHTC or HUD Project-Based files
- Saturdays
