Job Summary

Part-Time Community Property Manager to oversee daily operations, leasing, resident relations, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations. Requires customer service skills and property management experience.

Required Qualifications

  • Less than a year in Property Management
  • Knowledgeable of Fair Housing and all BFPM property policies and procedures

Desired Qualifications

  • Yardi Voyager experience preferred
  • Strong Customer Service Experience
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • Strong leasing experience
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, outlook, Microsoft Teams
