Job Summary
Oversee community projects ensuring job seekers engage in safe, productive, and skill-building tasks while developing workplace communication and behaviours. Mentor participants to build confidence and encourage meaningful engagement in local initiatives aligned with community priorities. Collaborate with regional organisations to design projects reflecting community needs, manage tools and equipment adhering to safety protocols, and support vulnerable individuals in rural settings. This role requires a Manual C Class driver's license and National Police Check, with a focus on employment pathways guided by values of Courage, Commitment, Care, and Collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to motivate others
- Experience in planning, organisation, and working independently or as part of a team
- A passion for supporting vulnerable individuals and promoting positive community outcomes
- Manual C Class driver's license
- Ability to obtain a National Police Check
- Applicants must be legally entitled to work in Australia
- Willingness to obtain a National Police Clearance (issued within the last 6 months)
