Community Programs Support Specialist

Job Summary
Attend community events and activities to increase visibility for St. Luke's Community House and generate program referrals. Work with Program staff to understand programmatic goals for marketing to the community and referral partners, and collaborate with the Volunteer Coordinator to plan and execute client outreach events. Fill in for preschool classrooms when teachers are unavailable, cover breaks, and maintain best practices for child development. Support community services by covering the front desk, packaging food boxes, driving mobile meals routes, assisting with Senior Friends activities, and greeter duties for the VITA program. Complete data entry into Salesforce as needed. Uphold organizational values and adhere to all policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Valid driver's license
- Vehicle insurance
- Clear driving record for the last three years
- Ability to pass a drug test
- Ability to have a clear background check
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends when necessary
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience working with disenfranchised populations and/or in low-income communities
- Some knowledge of computer skills, including Microsoft Office
