Community Programs Coordinator - National Services/Community-Based Programs, Ravenna, OH - Full Time

Coordinate and support the planning, organization, and implementation of National Services/community-based programs. Responsibilities include assisting with grants and fundraising, developing project plans with timelines and objectives, creating and managing project documentation and reports, researching best practices to inform procedures, coordinating staff training activities, supporting program directors, attending meetings, and ensuring compliance with agency policies, COA regulations, and required certifications. Strong written and verbal communication, relationship-building across diverse teams, integrity, adaptability, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are essential. A valid Ohio driver’s license and ability to meet background-check requirements are required. Preference for an undergraduate degree and advanced degree; relevant experience may substitute for education; minimum of 5 years in project management with grant writing and non-profit management experience.
