Job Summary
Speech Language Pathologist in Rome City Schools for the 2025-2026 school year providing services to students with disabilities. Role involves developing IEP goals and modifications, consulting with diagnosticians, teachers, and parents, administering and assisting with assessments and standardized testing materials, coordinating with other agencies in vocational assessment, and ensuring compliance with federal/state/district policies. The SLP will support school administrators and educators in compliant practices, maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders, and participate in professional growth and development to stay current with research and best practices in speech-language pathology for students with disabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Georgia Teaching/Service Certificate or Georgia State License in Speech-Language Pathology Required
- ASHA certification preferred
