Job Summary
Conduct in-person tours of assisted living, memory care, and independent living communities in the Rochester area, delivering structured post-tour summaries and recommendations. Review client care needs, budgets, and location preferences before tours; advocate for clients while maintaining professional relationships with community staff; coordinate scheduling and communicate with clients and internal teams. Requires staying on the road most of the day with reliable transportation; part-time schedule roughly 10 to 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Prior experience in senior living, healthcare, social services, care coordination, or client-facing hospitality is a strong plus. Background check required.
