Job Summary

Deliver high-quality assessments, treatments, and tailored home exercise programs for NDIS participants, aged care clients, and those with chronic pain in clients' homes and on-site sites. Write compliant NDIS documentation, progress reports, and liaise with GPs, support coordinators, and family members while contributing to team case discussions. Manage your own diary and caseload with autonomy, supported by an experienced Team Leader and direct access to practice owners for clinical backup. Requires an AHPRA-registered Physiotherapist with sound clinical reasoning, current Australian driver's licence, and working rights.

Required Qualifications

  • AHPRA-registered Physiotherapist
  • Genuine interest in community-based physiotherapy
  • Sound clinical reasoning across a mixed adult caseload
  • Understanding of (or willingness to learn) NDIS frameworks and documentation
  • Great communication skills
  • Organised and self-directed
  • Warm, patient and adaptable
  • Current Australian driver's licence and reliable vehicle
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check
  • Australian working rights
