Community Partnerships Associate

Develop new partnerships with hospitals, physician offices, treatment centers, EAPs, medical facilities, unions, Veterans Affairs, behavioral health providers, recovery courts, and social services organizations. Strengthen existing relationships by serving as a trusted resource, fostering collaboration, and maintaining consistent follow-up while representing Freeman Recovery Center at industry events and networking opportunities. Collaborate with the admissions and clinical teams to support outbound referrals, identify aftercare and housing resources, and provide community feedback to align services with evolving needs. Create and implement a quarterly community partnerships plan, prospecting new clients through direct outreach including in-person visits, calls, and meetings. Maintain accurate CRM records logging daily activity and outcomes, track relationship health and referral growth, and elevate concerns to the Director. Adhere strictly to legal, regulatory, and ethical guidelines while meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual expectations for outreach and referral growth.
