Job Summary
Provide comprehensive, effective care to patients transported by McLeod Heart Network Ambulance; maintain professional image and excellent customer relations; comply with McLeod and SC EMS DHEC policies and protocols; document transportation information; maintain certifications and licenses; stock and clean ambulances and equipment; participate in required meetings and training; identify and treat life-threatening situations promptly.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a current South Carolina Paramedic Certification
- Must have a National Registered Paramedic certification
- Must have and maintain a South Carolina Driver’s license
- ACLS, PALS(or equivalent), BLS certifications are required
- Preferred Certifications: FP-C, CCP-C, or CCEMT-P
