Job Summary
Deliver dedicated one-to-one care for children with complex needs in the community, building meaningful relationships with families while supported by an experienced clinical team. Provide compassionate, person-centred care with flexibility and autonomy, moving away from busy hospital environments to focus on quality outcomes. Night shifts up to 40 hours per week available. Registered nurses with significant paediatric experience are required.
