Job Summary

Facilitate high-quality Girl Scout series programs for youth in assigned Title One schools and areas to achieve annual membership goals. Cultivate partnerships with community organizations and networks to increase visibility and support volunteers. Monitor evaluation results and adjust program delivery as needed. Support community volunteers to assist in program delivery. This part-time role runs from August 2026 through June 2027, with up to 20 hours per week of flexible weekday availability between 9:00am and 6:00pm. Travel up to 50 miles using a personal vehicle is required for recruitment events, with mileage reimbursement provided.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • Experience working with schools and community organizations
  • Experience presenting to groups and comfortable public speaking
  • Familiar with Outlook, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
  • Use of personal device and internet service
  • Ability to speak in public group settings at local schools and community centers
  • Ability to comfortably interact with both girls and caregivers
  • Ability to meet target outreach goals
  • Ability to facilitate the Girl Scout Leadership Experience
  • Ability to lead episodic fun learning opportunities
  • Ability to build empowered future women leaders
  • Ability to support community volunteers to assist in Girl Scout program delivery
  • Ability to monitor evaluation results and adjust program delivery as needed
  • Ability to cultivate and collaborate with assigned schools, community organizations and networks
  • Ability to increase Girl Scout visibility and engagement through school and community networking and collaboration
  • Ability to support volunteers
