Job Summary
Community Outreach Specialist requested to represent the agency at community events, health fairs, senior centers, and referral partner locations to promote Personal Assistance Services, Home Health, and Hospice programs. Responsibilities include building relationships with providers and case managers, developing and distributing outreach materials, identifying new referral sources, coordinating with internal teams for client admissions, tracking outreach activities, organizing agency-hosted events and educational sessions, and travel within El Paso. Candidates should have healthcare marketing/outreach experience, strong interpersonal skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools, and be able to travel locally. Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred. Hybrid work arrangement with an office location to be determined; candidates must reside in El Paso.
Required Qualifications
