Job Summary
Represent Crunch Fitness at community events, local businesses, and public gatherings with enthusiasm and professionalism. Initiate engaging conversations to introduce the brand, generate excitement about fitness and wellness, and collect lead information from interested individuals for follow-up. Build relationships with community partners and event organizers while identifying high-traffic opportunities to propose new outreach locations or events. Set up and manage booths, displays, and promotional materials to support marketing campaigns and distribute special offers. Track outreach activity and engagement metrics to refine strategy, ensuring every interaction reflects the brand's energy and values. This role requires CPR/AED certification and reliable transportation.
Required Qualifications
- CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire)
- Reliable Transportation - this position WILL require using your own transportation at times
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a service-oriented position preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate proficiency in reading and writing skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- STRONG communication skills
