Job Summary
Represent Crunch Fitness at community events, local businesses, and public gatherings to build genuine connections and spark excitement about the brand. Initiate engaging conversations to introduce fitness offerings, collect lead information for follow-up, and accurately record data. Set up outreach booths, manage promotional materials, and communicate membership benefits clearly to turn curiosity into motivation. Identify high-traffic opportunities, propose new locations, and track engagement metrics to refine strategy. Maintain a strong understanding of services to answer questions confidently while upholding brand standards. CPR/AED certification required; reliable transportation necessary.
Required Qualifications
- CPR/AED certification (can be obtained within 30 days of hire)
- Reliable Transportation
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a service-oriented position preferred
