Job Summary
Represent Crunch Fitness at community events, local businesses, and public gatherings with enthusiasm and professionalism. Initiate friendly conversations to introduce the brand, generate excitement about fitness and wellness, and collect lead information from interested individuals for follow-up. Build relationships with community partners, set up outreach booths and displays, and distribute promotional materials to support marketing campaigns. Track engagement metrics to refine strategy while maintaining a strong understanding of services to answer questions confidently. This full-time role requires reliable transportation and CPR/AED certification obtainable within 30 days of hire.
Required Qualifications
- CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire)
- Reliable Transportation - this position WILL require using your own transportation at times
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a service-oriented position preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate proficiency in reading and writing skills
- Strong customer service orientation and STRONG communication skills
