Job Summary
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly qualified lead goals by cultivating relationships with key senior and community influencers to drive brand awareness and sales. Execute grass roots efforts through in-person visits, telephone contact, and email to set up and attend events at senior centers, food banks, churches, and senior living facilities. Distribute approved marketing materials, educate the community on Alignment's products and contracted providers, and conduct advertised sales meetings in your territory. Call local doctor offices to generate referrals and maintain a weekly activity summary. Requires a valid driver's license, state insurance license, and 80% or more routine travel by car.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in grass roots marketing efforts generating leads at local in-person community events
- Two years' customer service experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bachelor's degree or four (4) years additional experience in lieu of education
- Ability to communicate positively, professionally and effectively with others

- Proficient user in MS office suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Effective written and oral communication skills

Desired Qualifications
- 5+ years' experience in Healthcare
- Healthcare marketing experience
- Related experience in the Medicare and Medi-Cal Managed Care industry
